On this day we celebrate the sport of “traversing mainly urban landscapes by running, climbing and jumping.” (from the Wikipedias). For those of you who dont practice Parkour, dont worry, its not that hard to start.
This morning, when you reach for that cup of coffee, do a back flip first.

At work when youre at the urinal dont just give it a shake, jump up and down.

This weekend, celebrate freedom by talking to strangers. You’ll never know what you’ll find out!
Today is Donut Day. Today you must go out and get a donut, preferably from Dunkin Donuts, because they keep america running, and we’re all american. Munchkins count too, I suppose.
Rock Paper Scissors Resolution Day
Solve all your problems today by engaging in a friendly game of rocks-paper-scissors. Don’t know where to go for lunch? RPS. Take the highway or local roads? RPS. Should tomorrow be lame low five day or pretend like it’s christmas day? RPS.
If you don’t have anyone to take one side in a decision you’re trying to make, find someone!
Today is Air Guitar Day.
Today you must bust out an Air Guitar Solo to a song that really gets you going.
On a side note, I’m not sure whether Finland is my new favorite country or if it is by far the absolute worst country in the world. And also, of course the world champion is French. And of course his name is Gunther. You can’t make this shit up. Well you could, but it would be so dumb that you wouldn’t.

Today is fake sneeze day.
Today you must fake sneeze around people and get them to say “bless you.” Shouldn’t be too hard. Its all about the pre-sneeze face (see picture above).
